GetSetKeys is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Invest Atlanta, Atlanta Housing, Fulton County, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or any other program or agency named on this site. Program names belong to their administering organizations.
Commercial relationships
GetSetKeys currently has no paid partnerships, referral fees, lender relationships or advertising arrangements with any organization listed on this site. We receive nothing when you click an official program link. If that changes, we'll disclose the relationship clearly wherever it's relevant to your decision, and complete legal and licensing review before any paid referral, mortgage connection or brokerage activity begins.
Not a lender, broker or counselor
We don't make loans, arrange loans, take mortgage applications, negotiate real estate transactions, or provide HUD-certified housing counseling. Only a participating lender can preapprove or approve a mortgage. Only the administering organization can decide eligibility and funding for its program.
The Navigator and finder
The Homeownership Navigator and the homepage finder compare your answers with programs' published criteria and explain why each result appeared. They're informational screening tools, not an eligibility determination, mortgage preapproval, or guarantee of funding. They use fixed rules taken from official program pages, never AI-generated requirements.
Listings and photos
GetSetKeys doesn't currently display property listings. Photos on this site come from Unsplash, are illustrative, and don't show homes for sale or rent. Before we display any listing data, we'll confirm we're licensed to do so.
Fair housing
We design every housing tool to treat visitors equally, in line with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable consumer protection laws. Questions we ask about household categories (such as military service or disability) are optional and are used only because certain programs publish different assistance for those groups. To report housing discrimination, contact HUD's Office of Fair Housing ↗.
