We are not a government agency, mortgage lender, mortgage broker, HUD-approved housing counseling agency, law firm or real estate brokerage.

Content and tools on this site, including the assistance screener, the address check and the readiness plan, are general information. They are not financial, legal, tax, mortgage or housing counseling advice, and they are not an eligibility determination, preapproval or offer of credit.
